Overall Job Description:
Seeking a highly motivated organized individual who would thrive in a fast paced environment. This successful candidate would be expected to seek out prospective clients and develop new accounts. Candidate should have strong prospecting skills, related industry knowledge and professional network would be a strong asset.
Responsibilities:
• Identifying Prospective Leads
• Qualifying the Lead
• Making Initial Contact
• Setting Appointment for Presentation
• Present Marcom Group’s Products and Services
• Identify Opportunities within Prospect
• Development of Proposal for Prospect work
Skills Required:
• Superior sales and presentation skills
• Ability to listen to prospective clients needs and identify opportunities
• Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills
• Conducts themselves in a professional yet personal manner in all dealings with external staff and internal clients and is always approachable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of print production and electronic media
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to deal with the demands of a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment
• Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment as it relates to the responsibilities of this role
• Thrives in a dynamic, unpredictable environment where everyday brings new challenges and opportunities
Qualifications:
• College or University Graduate with diploma in Marketing
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• 2-3 years experience in New Account Development Experience in Marketing Communications
• Strong organization and time management skills, detail oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• French written and oral communication skills would be considered an asset
